I saw noralunae's design (as seen below) and I was like "Oh wow, you can actually hide the feathers by using the cape!" Because I really didn't like the top because of the feathers. So I decided to give it a try. I'll admit, I'm not quite satisfied with it, but perfection is the enemy of enjoyment, so I'll leave it at that and enjoy my attempt of styling a top that I don't like
